The blend is roasted in an omni light profile, with an emphasis on balance and aromatic clarity. The light roast preserves the sweetness and allows the floral and fruity notes to express themselves, making it suitable for both brewing methods and balanced, light espresso.

Blend 7am / Morning Sip este un amestec plin de viață și echilibrat, compus din cafea 100% Arabica provenită din Brazilia și Etiopia, prelucrată prin metode naturale și spălate. Cu un scor de degustare de 84, acest amestec combină armonios dulceața caramelului și a zahărului brun cu aciditatea fructelor de pădure, completate de nuanțe florale de iasomie și note elegante de ceai negru. Este însoțitorul perfect pentru o dimineață reușită — blând, dar revigorant.
I had high hopes for this blend, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. My main issue was the intensity; even after dialing my grinder down to the finest setting, the espresso still felt a bit watery and lacked the body I look for.
Additionally, the acidity level was higher than I expected. I prefer a more chocolatey or nutty profile, whereas this one leans quite bright. While I won’t be reordering this specific blend, I’m open to trying other offerings from this roaster.
Note: Taste is subjective! If you enjoy a lighter, more acidic cup, this might be right up your alley. It just wasn't a match for my personal preference.
