This coffee comes from the Cauca region of Colombia, where members of the Centra Cooperativa del Cauca work together to grow high-quality beans. The sugarcane decaffeination process preserves the natural flavors, resulting in a coffee with an authentic taste, even without caffeine.

Grown at an altitude of 1,700 meters in the Cauca region, this coffee comes from Centra Cooperativa del Cauca, where the emphasis is on sustainable methods and quality. The Castillo and Caturra MIX varieties grow in fertile soils, and the sugarcane decaf processing ensures that the delicate and complex flavors are preserved.

Colombia Decaf coffee is carefully roasted using the Omni Light style, a light roast that brings out the delicate notes of caramel, cherries, and dark chocolate. This roasting profile preserves the complexity of the beans' natural flavors and offers a balanced drink, ideal for those who prefer a smoother, less bitter coffee.

To bring out the caramel and cherry notes, we recommend a medium grind and preparation using a filter or Chemex method. Use approximately 15 grams of coffee per 250 ml of water at a temperature of 92-94°C. The ideal extraction time is between 3 and 4 minutes for an aromatic and balanced cup.
