Designed for those who love coffee but seek a lower caffeine impact, Low Caf combines two Colombian batches—one caffeinated and one decaffeinated—into a blend that preserves the sweetness and complexity typical of Colombian origins. The natural decaffeination process using ethyl acetate extracted from sugar cane protects the original flavors, offering a cup experience that is almost indistinguishable from conventional coffee.

Roasted to an omni light profile, this coffee is balanced to work excellently as both an espresso and a filter coffee. The light development brings out sweet notes of dried fruit and the creaminess of chocolate.

Blend Low Caffeine este un amestec echilibrat de cafea 100% Arabica din Columbia, care combină boabe clasice cu o componentă decofeinizată prin procesul Sugarcane EA. Rezultatul este o cafea cu conținut redus de cofeină, dar cu un profil gustativ complet, oferind note de grapefruit, ciocolată cu lapte și fructe uscate. Ideală pentru consum pe tot parcursul zilei, fără efectul intens al cofeinei.
