Roasting

Columbia Excelso Páramo is lightly roasted in an omni profile to maintain the balance between its characteristic citrus acidity and sweet chocolate notes. This type of roasting highlights the clarity in the brew and the complexity in the espresso, offering a complete aromatic experience.

Brewing

An ideal coffee for:

V60 / Pour over: brings out notes of grapefruit and dried fruit, with a clear and refreshing acidity.

Espresso: a complex cup with medium body and a chocolatey finish.

Aeropress / French Press: balanced texture, ideal for those looking for depth and clarity.

Recommended dosage: 1:2 for espresso / 1:15–1:16 for brew.
Temperature: 91–93°C.
