Originating from mixed farms in Yirgacheffe, this coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,950 and 2,150 meters, in an ideal environment for developing complex and delicate flavors. Natural processing preserves the authentic characteristics of the beans, and local communities place great value on traditional methods that ensure quality and sustainability.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe G1 coffee is roasted Omni Light style, a light roast that brings out the delicate notes of citrus, cocoa, walnut, and violet, preserving the vibrant acidity and natural complexity of the beans. This roast profile highlights the floral and fruity character specific to the Yirgacheffe region.

Brewing

To bring out all the nuances of flavor, it is ideal to prepare it using filtration methods such as V60, Chemex, or Aeropress. Use approximately 15 grams of coffee per 250 ml of water, at a temperature between 92-94°C, with an extraction time between 2:30 and 3:30 minutes.
