Ideal for consumption throughout the day, without the intense effect of caffeine.

Story

Designed for those who love coffee but seek a lower caffeine impact, Low Caf combines two Colombian batches—one caffeinated and one decaffeinated—into a blend that preserves the sweetness and complexity typical of Colombian origins. The natural decaffeination process using ethyl acetate extracted from sugar cane protects the original flavors, offering a cup experience that is almost indistinguishable from conventional coffee.

Roasting

Roasted to an omni light profile, this coffee is balanced to work excellently as both an espresso and a filter coffee. The light development brings out sweet notes of dried fruit and the creaminess of chocolate.

Espresso: balanced, medium body, mild acidity, and a sweet finish

V60 / Chemex: clear notes of citrus and chocolate, smooth body

Cold Brew: refreshing and sweet, light on the palate
